Refund Policy

Northeast Firearms Training does NOT issue refunds. As long as you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class begins, you will be issued a credit. This credit may be used for any class. You must register for the selected class that you wish to use this credit for and notify us that this credit is being used as payment for the class. This credit may also be sold to another individual. Northeast Firearms Training must be notified immediately upon sale of these credits, including name, address, and phone number of the purchaser. The purchaser must register with Northeast Firearms Training for the class they select.

If you do not show up and do not notify Northeast Firearms Training at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class that you are taking, you will forfeit all payments and credits for the class.
